İNGİLİZCE HAZIRLIK PROGRAMI – 16.06.2021 ÇARŞAMBA PROFICIENCY SINAV TALİMATI

·        Proficiency sınavı 16.06.2021 Çarşamba günü yapılacaktır.

·        Sınavın başlangıç saati 11.00, bitiş saati 16.40 olacaktır.

·        Sınav 4 oturumda tamamlanacaktır.

o 11.00-11.40: Reading / 20 puan

o 12.00-12.40: Use of English / 30 puan

o 13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 30 puan

o 14.00-14.40: Speaking / 20 puan

o 15.00-15.40: Speaking

o 16.00-16.40: Speaking

·        Sınav ‘ONLINE’ olarak görüntülü bir şekilde ZOOM programı üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir.

·        Her grubun bir ‘GRUP SORUMLUSU’ ve GRUP GÖZETMENİ’ olacaktır

·        Sınav gününde internet bağlantısı olan, ses-kamera sistemine sahip bir cihazdan bağlanmak zorunludur. Ayrıca bu cihazlarda ‘zoom’ ve ‘word’ programlarının olması gerekmektedir.

·        Sınav başlangıcında sorular e-mail olarak öğrencilere yollanacak ve her oturum sonunda öğrenci tarafından cevaplanıp, kayıt edilip ‘Grup Sorumlusuna’ geri yollanacaktır.

·        Sınavın geçme notu gruplara göre 60 ve 70’tir.

·        Speaking sınavı da ‘zoom’ üzerinden online olarak yapılacaktır.

·        Speaking sınavı zoom üzerinden bir ‘Öğretim Elemanı’ ile karşılıklı yaklaşık 5-10 dakikalık bir soru-cevap seansı şeklinde olacaktır. Bu soru cevap kısmında B1/B2 seviyesi konuşma becerisi aranacaktır.

·        Sınav başlamadan önce kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır.

·        Sınavda öğrenciler baştan sona kamera önünde olmak zorundadır. Sınavı erken biten öğrenciler sınav sonuna kadar oturumlarını kapatamazlar.

·        Sınav boyunca 2. Bir elektronik cihaz kullanımı (cep telefonu,tablet…vb.) yasaktır.

·        Sınavlar boyunca kameranın her an açık olması ve öğrencinin ekranda net bir şekilde görünmesi zorunludur.

·        Sınav ortamında yalnız bulunmak, herhangi bir öğrenme kaynağından yararlanmamak ve tüm sınavı bireysel olarak yapmak zorunludur.

·        Kuralların herhangi birinin ihlali ya da şüpheli bir durumda sınav Grup Sorumlusu tarafından iptal edilebilir.

·        Kopya çekilmesi, teşebbüs edilmesi, sınava öğrenci yerine başkasının girmesi…vb. durumlarda ilgili öğrencinin sınavı iptal edilir ve ‘Disiplin Yönergesi’ ilgili maddeleri gereği işlem yapılır.

·        Sınavlar kayıt edilecektir.

English Preparatory School Online Proficiency Exam Guidelines/16.06.2021 WEDNESDAY

·       The Proficiency test will be held on Wednesday, 16th of January, 2021.

·        Prof. exam starts at 11:00 and ends at 16:40.

·        The exam consists of 4 parts:

§  11.00-11.40: Reading/ 20 points

§  12.00-12.40: Use of English / 30 points

§  13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 30 points

o 14.00-14.40: Speaking / 20 points

o 15.00-15.40: Speaking

o 16.00-16.40: Speaking

·        Exam will be conducted online on Zoom.

·        2 instructors will serve as online supervisors during the exam.

·        On that day, the exam will be done through a computer or similar device with a broadband internet connection, sound and camera system. In addition, these devices must have ‘zoom’ and ‘Microsoft word’ programs.

·        Questions will be sent to the students via e-mail. Students are required to send back the answers at the end of each session.

·        Passing grade is 60 and 70 according to the groups.

·        Speaking test will be conducted online on Zoom.

·        Speaking exam will be conducted by an instructor as a Q&A session for about 5-10 minutes. Students are expected to answer B1/B2 level questions fluently.

·        ID control will be done before each test.

·        During the test, student cameras will not be turned-off and the students will not be allowed to leave the screen.

·        Students will not be allowed to use extra devices during the exam.

·        It is mandatory to be alone during the test and all students have to do the test individually.

·        In any case of doubt or violation of the rules,the test will be cancelled by the group supervisor.

·        In any case of cheating or any problem during the ID control…etc. the test will be cancelled and the management will take action about the student according to the disciplinary regulations.

·        All test will be recorded by the ‘Group Supervisor’.
