3 Şubat 2022 İngilizce Hazırlık Proficiency Sınavı Hakkında (28.01.2022’de Ertelenen Sınavın Yerine)

03.02.2022 Mid-term Sınav Yönergesi
 (Önemli hatırlatma : Bu sınav yeni kayıt olmuş yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler için değildir.Bu sınav ile ilgili duyuru daha sonra web sitesinde yayınlanacaktır.)

• Sınav  03.02.2022 Perşembe günü yazılı ve sözlü sınav olarak yapılacaktır. Bu sınavdan 70 puanın üstünde alan öğrenciler muaf olurlar.70 puanın altında alan öğrenciler 2. dönem hazırlık okuluna devam ederler.
• 03.02.2022 tarihinde yapılacak sınavın başlangıç saati 11.00, bitiş saati 14.40 olacaktır.
• Sınav 4 oturumda tamamlanacaktır.
  • 11.00-11.40: Reading / 30 puan
  • 12.00-12.40: Use of English / 20 puan
  • 13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 30 puan
  • 14.00-14.40: Speaking / 20 puan
• Sınav ‘Tepekent’ yerleşkesinde yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir.
• Her grubun bir ‘GRUP SORUMLUSU’ ve GRUP GÖZETMENİ’ olacaktır
• Speaking oturumu bir ‘Öğretim Elemanı’ ile karşılıklı yaklaşık 10 dakikalık bir soru-cevap seansı şeklinde olacaktır. Bu soru cevap kısmında B2 seviyesi konuşma becerisi aranacaktır.
• Sınav başlamadan önce kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır.
• Kuralların herhangi birinin ihlali ya da şüpheli bir durumda sınav Grup Sorumlusu tarafından iptal edilebilir.
• Kopya çekilmesi, teşebbüs edilmesi, sınava öğrenci yerine başkasının girmesi… vb. durumlarda ilgili öğrencinin sınavı iptal edilir ve ‘Disiplin Yönergesi’ ilgili maddeleri gereği işlem yapılır.
• İsteğe bağlı hazırlık okuyan öğrencilerin bu sınava girmelerine gerek yoktur.

Mazeret Sınav Hakkı

• Mazeret sınav hakkı sadece sınav tarihinde covid tanısı konmuş ve izolasyon sürecinde olan öğrencilere tanınacaktır.
• Bu tarihler en erken 27.01.2022 ve en geç 11.02.2022 tarih aralığını kapsar.
• Öğrencinin bu durumunu resmi bir sağlık kurumundan alınmış bir belge ile kanıtlaması gerekmektedir.
• Bu durumda olan öğrenciler olursa sınav 15.02.2022 tarihinde yapılacaktır.
• Mazeret sınavı ile ilgili duyuru ayrıca yapılacaktır.

English Preparatory School Mid-Term Proficiency Exam Guidelines
 ( Important reminder: This exam is not for newly registered foreign students. Information about that exam will be announced on the website later.)

• The exam will be held on Thursday, 03.02.2022 as a written and oral exam. Students who score above 70 points in this exam will be exempted. Students who score below 70 points will continue to the 2nd semester preparatory school.
• The exam starts at 11:00 and ends at 14:40.
• The exam will be completed in 4 sessions.
  • 11.00-11.40: Reading / 30 points
  • 12.00-12.40: Use of English / 20 points
  • 13.00-13.40: Writing (Essay) / 30 points
  • 14.00-14.40: Speaking  / 20 points
• The exam will be held face-to-face  at the  ‘Tepekent’ campus.
• 2 instructors will serve as supervisors during the exam.
• The Speaking session will be in the form of a question-answer session of approximately 10 minutes with an ‘Instructor’. B2 level speaking skill will be sought in this question and answer part.
• ID control will be done before each session.
• In any case of doubt or violation of the rules,the test will be cancelled by the group supervisor.
• In any case of cheating or any problem during the ID control…etc. the test will be cancelled and the management will take action about the student according to the disciplinary regulations.
• In case of violation of any of the rules or in case of doubt, the exam may be canceled.
• Students who are studying at a prep class optionally do not need to take the exam.

Make-Up Exam

• Students who have been diagnosed with covid will take the make-up exam.
• These dates include between 27.01.2022 and 11.02.2022.
• Students have to prove this situation with a document taken from a healthcare organization.
• The make-up exam will be held on 15.02.2022
• Announcement for the exam will be made later.
