The goal of the Fashion Design Program is to train intermediate staff who can meet the needs of the personal and ready-to-wear sectors, have sufficient professional knowledge and skills, and can research and develop innovations in their fields. Fashion Design Program aims to train designers who can produce contemporary, creative and original designs for the textile, ready-to-wear and fashion industry, who can evaluate pioneering ideas that can create fashion, and who know materials and production techniques.
The program designs the knowledge of current and contemporary issues with an aesthetic point of view of professional applications, applies the techniques of pattern preparation and model development, and transforms the design into a product in the sewing course.
The goal of this program is to train a workforce that has both the technical knowledge and skills related to the profession and knows the trade in an intensely competitive environment. Graduates have the opportunity to find a job as a designer in the sector.
