Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program



The Program aims to train health personnel who collect, organize and make easily accessible data in many health institutions such as public, private and city hospitals, as well as pharmacies, drug stores, dental clinics, etc. Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program is a program established to meet the need for personnel who will carry out the necessary health services by using the technology required by today’s information age, who have good written and verbal communication skills, and who can provide coordination between health care providers and healthcare providers.


During Medical Documentation and Secretarial education, students acquire knowledge and equipment in many areas such as F keyboard, spss, hospital automation systems, time and stress management.


Students who graduate from this program take on tasks such as documentation, registration systems, executive assistant and medical secretariat of medical institutions. According to the state appointments, the medical secretary staff has been the second most appointed health field with 3425 appointments in the last 3 years. In addition, it is one of the most needed areas for employment in private and city hospitals.
