Book Covers and Promotions
The 6th edition of the book was published by Efil Publishing House in Turkey in 2021. The book includes microorganisms that cause food spoilage and food borne diseases, food preservation, and microbial contamination in foods.
This book was published in 2016 as two volumes by the overseas publishing house “John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.” In the book, microorganisms that cause food spoilage and diseases, immune responses to pathogens, ways of transmission of microorganisms with food and protection of food are included.
This book was published by Elsevier Inc. in 2021. In the book, microorganism culture reproduction, microbial microscopic methods, biochemical and serological methods and antimicrobial and environmental factors affecting microorganisms, which are general microbiology laboratory applications, are included visually and in detail.
This book was published by Elsevier Inc. in 2022. In the book, the isolation and counting methods of microorganisms that cause deterioration in foods and food borne diseases are included with visual and detailed explanations.
This book was published in 2021 by “Nobel” publishing house, which is an international publishing house from Turkey. The book includes the production technologies of traditional and other fermented products, which are primarily included in functional foods, and microbial activities during and after fermentation.
This book was published in 2022 by “Nobel” publishing house, which is an international publishing house from Turkey. The book includes hygiene sanitation, personal hygiene, cleaning agents and applications and food safety systems in food production areas.
This book was published by Ilke Publishing House in Turkey. Food safety, hygiene and sanitation were included in the book.
This book was published in 2023 by “Ankara Nobel Medical Bookstores”, an international publishing house from Turkey. The book covers the medical evaluation of disadvantaged children who have chronic diseases and need long-term nutritional support or are at risk for nutritional deficiencies, as well as issues related to the detection, diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.
This book was published by “Hatiboğlu” in Turkey in 2021. In the book, the importance of mother and child nutrition, the fight against global hunger, natural disasters, war, migration, epidemics such as food security and mother-child nutrition are included.
