SIRHA Fair Technical Trip



Under the leadership of Lecturer Nurgül Demet Yorgan and Lecturer Ezgi Acet, İstanbul Arel University Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department Cooking Program students participated Sirha that an internationally distinguished and comprehensive organization for the professionals of the sector, which is described as the largest and most prestigious meeting of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector in the world.


Having the opportunity to meet the chefs in the sector, the students listened to the speakers of important people who are actively involved in the sector at the event where the topic of sustainability was discussed, and they got to know the leading companies of the sector and examined their products.
