İstanbul Arel University Directorate of Purchasing, which provides solutions for Academic, Administrative and Investment issues with its investments, facilitates the units to make informed and effective purchasing decisions. An effective position regarding the continuity of all infrastructure necessary for high-level education, training and research at our university.

In order to carry out the knowledge and services of our university in the best way, within the scope of the laws and regulations;

• Purchasing, storing and distributing the required goods and services in accordance with the determined budget,
• Storage and distribution,
• Execution of all Salary transactions
• Calculation of social security deductions,
• Calculation and preparation of additional course fees,
• Registration procedures,
• All budget and budgeting services are performed.
