Purpose and Scope
Istanbul Arel University Graduate School Interdisciplinary Innovation Research Journal is an interdisciplinary journal covering Science, Engineering, Health, Social and Art.

The journal aims to convey social, art, health, scientific and technological developments to the researchers, engineers and relevant audiences. Istanbul Arel University Graduate School Interdisciplinary Innovation Research Journal aims to publish original and innovative interdisciplinary studies in accordance with current scientific norms and ethics of science.

Corporate Identity of Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovation Studies
Journal of Interdisciplinary Innovation Studies was established for publishing researches that will solve the problems of humanity, ensure its development and transform it into innovations to serve humanity.  Corporate identity is rely on the ideas of “Universality”, “Originality” and “Excellence”, on which the concept of “university” is based. In addition, the dynamic structure of Graduate School that brings the basic disciplines together, the originality of interdisciplinary work and sensitivity of Istanbul Arel University to libertarian thought, science and art are the other important elements of our corporate identity.

Conceptual Highlights in the Logo

Picture of tree: Just as a tree is a vital source of life for all living things, it is an important life vein of humanity in basic sciences. With the use of this symbol in the logo, it was intended to symbolize the development and progress of humanity.

Lines forming the tree picture: The tree is depicted with 5 lines coming from its roots. Each line describes the basic sciences used in solving humanity’s problems and ensuring its development, namely the disciplines of Science, Social, Health, Art and Engineering.

Hollow circles on the tree: The hollow circles depicted on the tree are used to express the fruits of the tree, while the fruit is used to express benefit and innovation. The meaning attributed to the fruit in the logo is the research that will ensure the development of humanity and transform it into innovations, which is the mission of journal.

Use of different colors: The different colors in the logo represent interdisciplinary work and symbolize basic sciences with different fields of study within the Graduate School.
